What is a Creditor?

Creditors are anyone who is owed money.  Typically it would be a bank, a lending company, credit card issuer, debt buyer, or generally any person who is owed money typically in a contract.  Our firm represents creditors who are owed money.

If I didn’t borrow the money from the Creditor in the lawsuit in the first place, why should I pay them or pay Federated Law?

Often times Banks, Lending Companies, and Financial Institutions sell of their defaults debts.  The buyer of these debts inherits the Creditors Rights. The debtor (person who owes the money) now owes the money to the buyer of those debts.
